Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 2026. By using Rightvo, you agree to these terms.

Service description

Rightvo is an online tool that helps UK consumers prepare structured complaint documents and understand common next steps in consumer disputes. The service provides general information and document drafting support based on the details you provide.

Rightvo is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Output from the service is generated to assist your communication with retailers and should be reviewed by you before use.

Digital content, cancellation, and refunds

The Rightvo Complete Case Pack is digital content — online access to your case assessment, documents, and tools for a saved dispute. It is currently priced at £7.99 as a one-time payment. There is no subscription.

Digital content is normally supplied immediately after successful payment. Before you purchase, you are asked to expressly request immediate supply of that digital content. If you do so, you acknowledge that once supply of the digital content begins you will lose the statutory 14-day cancellation right that would otherwise apply to change-of-mind cancellation for distance contracts.

This does not affect your statutory rights where they apply — for example, where digital content is faulty, not as described, or not supplied, or where another statutory remedy applies under UK consumer law.

If something goes wrong, contact us at support@rightvo.com. Examples include:

  • Paid content fails to unlock because of a Rightvo technical problem.
  • You are charged twice for the same purchase.
  • The purchased digital content is not supplied as described.
  • You believe another statutory remedy may apply to your situation.

We will review each request on its facts. Where a statutory right applies, we will respond accordingly. We do not attempt to exclude statutory consumer rights.

User responsibilities

By using Rightvo, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information about your dispute.
  • Review all generated documents before sending them to any retailer or third party.
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes related to genuine consumer disputes.
  • Make your own decisions about how to proceed — Rightvo does not act on your behalf.
  • Seek independent legal advice where your situation requires professional legal guidance.

Acceptable use

You must not use Rightvo to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse retailers or other parties.
  • Attempt to access, disrupt, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.
  • Reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit the service without permission.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-access the platform.

We reserve the right to restrict access for users who violate these terms.

Limitation of liability

Rightvois provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rightvo and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

This includes, but is not limited to, losses resulting from retailer responses, missed deadlines, or decisions made based on information or documents generated by the platform.

No guarantee of outcome

Rightvo does not guarantee any particular outcome from a dispute. Retailers may accept or reject complaints for reasons outside our control. The service is designed to help you prepare and communicate effectively — not to ensure a specific result.

Intellectual property

The Rightvo platform, branding, design, and underlying technology are owned by Rightvo and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Documents generated for your personal use are yours to use in connection with your dispute. You may not reproduce the Rightvoplatform, copy its design, or redistribute its tools without permission.

Changes to the service

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of Rightvo at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes, but we are not obliged to maintain any particular feature indefinitely.

These terms may also be updated. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Termination

You may stop using Rightvo at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the service.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including limitations of liability and intellectual property — will continue to apply.
